Fiona Endersby
MA; MCIPD; BA (Hons); Cert Couns

Fiona has more than twenty years’ experience working with a range of organisations to deliver sustainable change and performance improvement.   Fiona enjoys developing strategic vision and direction and then converting it into reality with measurable results.  She is skilled in building people’s capability so that the results she delivers are embedded in practice and behaviour over time.

Fiona works at a top level with boards, partnerships and executives, and across whole organisations on design, development and change management programs.  She works as a facilitator of strategic outcomes, and as a team and personal coach.  Fiona is equally at home working with representative groups, customers and the public.  She has a particular interest in reducing inequalities and promoting independence.

Fiona has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring and is now training as a coach supervisor.  She  specialises in coaching people in isolated positions.  This includes chairs, chief executives, members of top teams and people in specialist roles.  Fiona’s work in this area has included career development, personal behaviour change and outplacement. She is an associate of Oxford Brookes University.

 

Alison Ritchie
MBA; FCIPD; BA (Hons); Cert Ed

Alison is a very experienced top level HR practitioner with over 15 years of working at Executive Board level, overseeing major change projects.

She specialises in the management of change and the use of formal and informal communications to ensure that key messages and values are understood throughout an organisation She also has a strong background in the management of team dynamics and the development of individuals and teams in order to bring about improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

Alison has significant experience of dealing with TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal cases and complex disciplinary and grievance cases.

 

Sally Ronie
Administrator

Sally Ronie joined Solo Consultancy Ltd in 2011.  With over 30 years’ experience working in administration her roles have ranged from PA and Executive Office Supervisor for multi-national companies in the US and in the UK to the sole administrator for small local business.  Her wealth of experience spans across the private and public sector; in local government, science, architecture & conservation, education, law, the steel industry, food,  retail and telecommunications.


Sarah Carter
BA (Hons), MSc, FRSPH

Sarah has more than 10 years experience working with many different public and third sector organisations at local, regional and national levels.  She has a particular interest in supporting organisations and individuals to identify their strengths and weaknesses, review their quality and effectiveness and to support them to change.

She has a great deal of experience in helping people to work strategically and is able to build people’s confidence through her blend of expertise and guidance and through team and individual development. Sarah is used to working with people at all levels of an organisation from Council Members, Chief Executives and Directors to more operational and specialised staff. Sarah is committed to supporting work that reduces inequalities and is strongly evidence-based practice.

Sarah has worked with Solo Consultancy since July 2011.


Stephen Houlihan
DTTLS, BA, MSc Industrial Relations, MCIPD

Stephen is a Chartered Personnel specialist with particular interest in competency development, conflict management and HR projects. He has worked at senior levels across the NHS including leading on HR elements of workforce transformation projects, redesign of business services, organisational mergers and TUPE transfers.

Stephen completed a BA in Business Studies and an MSc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the London School of Economics. He has also completed his teaching qualifications which he incorporates creatively into bespoke training programmes for clients in Universities, Charities and the NHS.

Matt Simkin
MA, FCIPD, BEng (Hons)

Matt has a track record that marries both HR and corporate roles as an HR expert with governance expertise. This enables him to translate strategic plans into action and relate to leaders at the very top of organisations as well as leading teams as an experienced professional. He has managed large scale change and delivered on a timely and cost-effective basis.

Matt has extensive experience as an HR lead, consultant and manager, responsible for employee relations, the management of major change, improving the quality of HR services and implementing new structures to cost, quality and budget.

Matt has developed his skills and knowledge through a career comprising management and leadership mainly in the private and public sector. He has worked for large, complex organisations including the NHS, museums and the third sector. He also has an impressive record of working in a voluntary leadership capacity.

Matt has worked with Solo Consultancy since April 2010.
